Was there today for a fun wall experience. My son had so much fun. Place is well run by lovely staff… All clean and tidy with cute little cafe where parents can get hot or cold beverages while watching kids running their energy out. Or can join with the kids and have a good workout.

Register, then come and climb
Everyone who climbs needs a registration, and under-18s must be registered by a parent or guardian. You can do it when you arrive, but the online form is quicker. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early and we'll fit your harnesses and show you how to clip in.
Safety
Safe from the first clip
Fun Walls use auto-belays, so nobody has to hold a rope. You clip in before every climb, and when you let go the auto-belay lowers you gently to the floor.

Good to know
How long is a session?
90 minutes. Up to the first 20 minutes is harness fitting and a quick briefing on clipping in and out, so expect about 70 minutes of climbing.
How much does it cost?
£18 per climber, or £13.50 when you enter code CLIMB25 at checkout. The code works on every session, weekends and school holidays included, and it doesn't expire.
Is there an age limit?
No. Climbers just need to weigh at least 10kg for the auto-belays. Children don't need an adult climbing with them, but most parents like to stay and watch from the seats beside the walls.
We've never climbed before. Is that OK?
Of course. Fun Walls are made for first-timers. We fit your harnesses and show you how the auto-belay works before you start, and staff are on hand throughout your session if anyone wants help or a confidence boost.
Can adults climb too?
Yes, at the same price as kids (£13.50 with CLIMB25). Grown-ups are welcome to climb alongside their children to encourage and support them. Just watching? That's free.
Do we need to register?
Yes, everyone who climbs needs a registration, and under-18s must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. You can do it when you arrive, but it's quicker to fill in the registration form before your visit. Self-supervised groups must also watch the safety video above.
What should we wear?
Loose sports clothes and trainers (or other soft, flexible shoes). No tight jeans, loose jewellery or open-toed shoes. You don't need climbing shoes for the Fun Walls, but you can hire them if you'd like.
When should we arrive?
10 to 15 minutes before your session. Weekends can be very busy, so book ahead.
Is there somewhere for parents to sit?
Yes. There's a café with a large seating area, plus seats right next to the Fun Walls so you can watch. Coffee and snacks are fine in the seating area, just not on the walls themselves.
